About Group Orders

Group orders, particularly for ENHYPEN merch and albums, can help to boost sales and gaon chart. User @armyowns cart group orders are always NON-PROFIT & LOW-PROFIT in order to boost ENHA sales and, of course, to help ENGENES living in the Philippines satisfy their needs and wants. I purchase items directly from the Weverse Shop and Korean sites; I don't have any suppliers because I'm afraid to trust kr suppliers because there are a lot of scammers out there. I'm the only one managing these GO's and I don't have any admins, but I have friends who help me out when I need it because I always have big GO's. They help me in updating my masterlist, responding to DMs, and securing items from Weverse if my Gcash is already limit.

Weverse Purchase Assistance

You can simply DM me if you need help making a purchase on Weverse Shop; I can lend my Kr address, or if you already have a Kr address, that's fine.

Do you sell ONHAND items?

Yes, I sell my extra items ONHAND from my GO's; the prices are reasonable and in line with the market. I mostly sell my other onhands in sets.

Mode of Delivery (MOD)

- SDDFor my GO's and if you are a Metro Manila buyer, I have my own personal driver. This is for safe and fast delivery purposes, as well as to avoid parcels being lost/missing in different couriers. My personal rider is only available on Saturdays and Sundays, the delivery will take place only on those days. Please keep in mind that this will be SAME-DAY DELIVERY, and I will keep you updated as soon as your parcel is ready for delivery. COD will be used to pay for your Local Shipping Fee.

Estimate Time of Arrival (ETA)

- My ETA is always SEMI-FETA to NORMAL ETA , 2-3 weeks after ship out if no delays.
- FAST ETA, 7-10 days after ship out if no delays

Order Confirmation (OC)

Order confirmation is always automated, and you will receive it via e-mail after completing the order form. If you did not receive anything, please DM me so that I can re-check your e-mail that you entered; perhaps you made a typo when typing your e-mail.

Masterlist (ML)

The masterlist is always located on the Order Confirmation (OC). I cannot disclose it on public since I want all of my buyers information's will not be exposed.

The Local Shipping and Packaging Form will be sent to you via email. You will only receive e-mail about it when the box from South Korea is already near on the Philippines.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ORDERING- Before filling up a form, please be sure that you are 101% SURE about buying our official K-pop merchandise/products. And you should provide accurate and correct information.- If you are below 18 years old, make sure you have your parent's consent before placing an order.- We have the right to post you as a BOGUS BUYER if you did not settle your balance.- NO CANCELLATION OF ORDER/S! If you wish to cancel your order, there will be a cancellation fee which amounts to ₱100. If ever you want to cancel your order that is already secured, the cancellation fee is 50% of your total order.- Order/s can be cancelled cause of early out-of-stock/s or didn't reach quota.- Once you've filled out this order form, you will receive an automated email confirmation and order invoice from us within 1 hour - including the payment details. If you did not receive an Order Confirmation within two (2) days, kindly SEND US DM.- If someone is being rude or disrespectful during the transaction, then I have the right to block them.- When you have dm or email, please be patient and do not “up” your dm multiple times. I’ll reply to your dm once I’m not busy updating, sorting, and/or packing.- If there are unexpected increases in the foreign exchange rate, it'll possible that the price will increase too. If ever that happens, we will notify you via email.- Please be patient regarding the order confirmations, updates on the masterlist, and such.PAYMENT- REFUNDS will be issued ONLY once the item/s you’ve ordered are unavailable.- There will be PHP 40.00 late payment fee per day if you failed to settle your balance before or on the given DOP.SHIPMENT- STRICTLY NO UNBOXING VIDEO = NO RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY!- We are not held liable for any damages caused by local and international couriers.- I suggest you film the unboxing of your albums in case there are damaged/defective items so that we can validate your problems with the item.- We'll be sending the packaging fee and final local shipment form once the box is near the Philippines already.- armyowns_cart will never be liable for any missing inclusions in the sealed item or merchandise due to the manufacturer's fault. If this ever happens, please provide a raw and unedited unboxing video so we can raise the concern to Weverse.ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL- Please be informed that I cannot control any delays caused by international and local shipping couriers due to weather or any other unforeseen events. But as much as possible, we will provide updates for transparency.- Under NORMAL ETA (about 3-4 weeks after shipping out from Japan Warehouse)SECURING OF MERCHANDISE- All merchandise will be secured directly from Weverse Shop, UMS and other Official Stores. All comes with POB if PRE-ORDER PERIOD.
